A Chemical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, he has worked with UNDP, World Bank, GIZ, ADB, and others in solar energy, project development, and market creation.

Tridip Sarmah is a seasoned HR and transformation expert with over 35 years of experience across Brooke Bond, Hindustan Unilever, Bharti Airtel, and NESFB. He is the Founder of Naharani Foundation and Director of Gyanam ITI, Dhemaji, actively involved in education, skill development, and social empowerment.With an MBA, LLB, and SMP from IIM Calcutta, along with Six Sigma and legal credentials, hebrings deep insights into HR, industrial relations, and leadership.

Tanuja Tridib is a Mumbai-based education and career consultant with a background in Law and a post-graduation in Psychology. She is the Founder of Kaabil, an edtech venture focused on helping school and college students discover careers aligned with their unique personalities and strengths. She is also the Co-founder of Empact Foundation, a platform dedicated to creating social impact through education and empowerment. Tanuja is a founding team member at Navigator by Vahura, where she works to enhance the employability of law students. Passionate about purpose-driven career paths, she has already guided over 50 students toward fulfilling futures.

Dr. Sanjay K. Gupta, currently based in Delhi, was born and raised in Assam. He is a global expert in waste management, circular economy, and climate-linked livelihoods with over two decades of experience. A Ph.D. from JNU, he has worked extensively with governments, municipalities, and communities—helping turn towns cleaner, creating green jobs, and empowering informal workers and women. In Assam, he played a key role in advancing the Swachh Bharat Mission and establishing zero-waste campuses and towns. A contributor to global waste reports and a TEDx speaker, he continues to inspire youth toward sustainability-focused careers.

Ibrija Musfique is a chemical engineer from Guwahati, Assam, currently based in Norway, with a global career focused on sustainability and innovation. A top academic performer, she completed her B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Allahabad and earned a Master’s in Energy & Environment from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.She has worked across India and Europe with leading organizations such as Suzuki, Northvolt (Sweden), and now serves at Norsk Hydro in Norway, a global leader in aluminum and energy.Deeply passionate about youth empowerment, she regularly speaks to students and professionals across Europe.

Wasim Rahman, based in Los Angeles, USA, is a senior executive with over 16 years of experience at the intersection of business, technology, and AI. As Head of Wealth Practice at Publicis Sapient (North America), he advises leading wealth and asset management firms on modernizing client engagement, financial planning, operations, and alternative investments. He also co-leads AI-powered innovation accelerators and regularly consults C-suite leaders on strategic transformation. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Wasim is deeply committed to mentoring future leaders and supporting mission-driven initiatives that create lasting impact.

Ujjwal Borthakur is an experienced sales and marketing professional in the healthcare and diagnostics sector, currently serving as Regional Manager at Agappe Diagnostic India Pvt. Ltd. With over 11 years of domain expertise in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, he brings a deep understanding of medical devices, diagnostic technologies, and field operations.An alumnus of Assam Institute of Management (MBA in Marketing & Finance), Ujjwal has worked with leading companies such as Dabur, Roche Diabetes Care, and Becton Dickinson. He is passionate about mentoring students and young professionals interested in building meaningful careers in the growing healthcare diagnostics sector.

Prabahan Puzari is a passionate academician and recognized voice in the field of Travel and Tourism, especially in the context of Northeast India. Currently a faculty member at Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati, he brings over 8 years of teaching and 2 years of industry experience, having previously worked with institutions like Parul University (Gujarat), Asia Pacific Group (Ahmedabad), and Blue Whale Academy (Mumbai).He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Eco and Responsible Tourism and has presented and published widely, with 8 research papers and 9 national and international conference presentations.Known for his dedication and depth of knowledge, Prabahan is deeply committed to mentoring youth from Assam who are interested in pursuing careers in tourism, offering insights on career paths, education options, and real-world opportunities in this growing sector.

Prof. Deepshikha Mahanta Bortamuly is a Professor in the Department of English at Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. With a rich academic journey, she brings over two decades of teaching, research, and mentoring experience. Her areas of expertise include Folklore and Folk Narratives, Indigenous Studies, Health Humanities, Postcolonial Literature, Assamese Language and Literature, and Graphic Narratives. Prof. Mahanta has authored more than 37 publications and currently supervises PhD scholars at the University of Delhi.A sought-after speaker at national and international forums, she is passionate about mentoring students interested in Humanities, Cultural Studies and interdisciplinary research, helping them shape meaningful academic and professional careers.

Hillol Medhi is a seasoned IT professional based in Bangalore, with over 25 years of experience in the global technology landscape. An alumnus of Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, he has worked with industry leaders such as TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, and Salesforce, contributing across diverse roles and transformative technology initiatives.Originally from Tinsukia, Assam, Hillol brings a grounded perspective and a strong passion for mentoring young minds in IT careers, professional development, and navigating the evolving tech industry.A keen sports enthusiast, he has represented both his college and district at the state level in cricket, and firmly believes in the values of teamwork, discipline, and lifelong learning.

David Pratim Gogoi is the co-founder and Director of Zerund Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering startup transforming construction with eco-friendly walling solutions made from 70% industrial and plastic waste. An alumnus of Assam Engineering College and winner of the Assam Gaurav Award 2024 (Startup/MSME), David co-founded Zerund during his final year in civil engineering.Today, Zerund is a certified carbon-negative brand, supported by major investors including the Assam Government, NRL, SIDBI, and DLF Family Office. Ramanuj Borthakur is a semiconductor professional based in Bangalore with over 8 years of experience in RTL and logic design, specializing in digital hardware development for ASIC and SoC projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from JIST, Assam, and a Master’s in Microelectronics from BITS, Pilani.Proficient in Verilog HDL and System Verilog, Ramanuj brings in-depth expertise in RTL quality analysis, verification, and design methodology development.As a mentor, he is committed to helping engineering students—particularly in electronics—explore diverse career paths and develop multi-faceted skill sets. Saurav Kumar Gogoi is a seasoned civil engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP, PRINCE2), currently serving as Senior Manager – Contracts in the infrastructure and renewable energy sector. With over 12 years of experience, he has led large-scale hydroelectric and tunneling projects in India and Nepal, overseeing contract management, claims resolution, and cost strategies. An alumnus of Jorhat Engineering College and NICMAR, Saurav specializes in FIDIC-based contracts, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation. Currently based in Mumbai, he remains active in international arbitration forums and professional communities. Siddhanta Shankar Goswami is a seasoned insurance professional currently based in Guwahati, with over two decades of experience in the general insurance sector. A mechanical engineer by qualification, he began his career as an Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessor before transitioning into leadership roles in corporate insurance. With deep expertise in claims management and client servicing, he currently leads the Marketing team of IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance for the entire North-East region.Known for his clarity of thought and practical wisdom, Siddhanta is deeply passionate about mentoring young minds. Biswajit Prasad is a seasoned Advocate based in Tinsukia, Assam, with over 30 years of rich experience in civil, criminal, and revenue law. A graduate of the prestigious ILS Law College, Pune, he has practiced before District & Sessions Courts, Gauhati High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.He currently serves as the Secretary General of the Tinsukia Bar Association and is a Panel Advocate for APDCL, Tinsukia. Dr. Abdul Hannan is an academic and researcher in the field of Computer Science, currently serving at Assam Skill University in the Department of Information Technology. Born in Sipajhar and educated in Guwahati, he holds an M.Sc., M.Tech., and Ph.D. from Gauhati University. With over 15 years of teaching experience—including roles at Assam Engineering College, GUIST, and KL University—Dr. Hannan brings deep academic insight and industry-aligned perspective.His research interest lies in Natural Language Processing (NLP), a branch of AI that empowers machines to understand human language. Passionate about giving back to Assam, he is committed to guiding students in IT, AI, and research, helping them build confident, globally competitive careers.

Rabindra Nath Kalita, IRTS (Retd.), is a former civil servant with over four decades of distinguished service in Indian Railways and allied institutions. A member of the 1981 batch of the Indian Railway Traffic Service, he held pivotal positions including Director, IRCTC, Advisor, RITES, OSD to the MoS Railways, and Advisor Transport (AIWTDS), Government of Assam. Post-retirement, he also served as Director, Royal Centre for Career Counselling, Coaching and Guidance (RC4G) at Royal Global University and is currently a Member of the Consumer Advocacy Cell, AERC, Government of Assam.Educated at Cotton College and Gauhati University, he is an MA, LLB with international training in multimodal transport. A versatile personality—mentor, quizmaster, actor, and musician—Mr. Kalita continues to guide and inspire youth and civil service aspirants across Assam.

Ajay S. is a seasoned Product Test Engineer with over a decade of experience in RF, digital, and mixed-signal validation across semiconductor and defense industries. Currently based in Taiwan, he has worked with global leaders like Qualcomm and Tessolve, specializing in ATE automation, ASIC validation, and RF characterization using platforms like Advantest V93000 and Teradyne UltraFlex. A former key contributor at Astra Microwave Products, Ajay supported India’s defense sector with critical RF/microwave system testing. An M.Tech in Microelectronics from BITS Pilani, he blends deep technical skills with leadership and mentoring. Rajat Kumar Gogoi is a veteran Chemical Engineer with over 42 years of experience in oil & gas operations, project commissioning, and wastewater treatment in India and internationally—including Qatar, Oman, and Vietnam. He has worked with leading refineries like Numaligarh Refinery, Essar Oil, Oman Refineries, PetroVietnam, and Qatar Gas, excelling in PTW systems, project coordination, and refinery operations. As a former Refinery Operations Superintendent, he brings rich technical expertise and leadership. Passionate about mentoring, he is keen to guide young professionals on career opportunities in the global refinery sector, especially in the Middle East, by sharing practical insights from his decades-long international career.
