The Team of Aspire Mentoring Foundation

We are a group of professionals who graduated from Assam Engineering College in 1985. After spending over three decades across diverse sectors—including Oil, engineering, power, infrastructure, public service, water resources, Inland water Transport and entrepreneurship etc.—we have stepped back from active professional roles. Yet, our passion for contributing to society remains strong.

With deep connections to Assam through our upbringing, education, and shared cultural values, we carry a sincere commitment to the growth and prosperity of the youth of our state.

What began as casual conversations among old friends about the struggles and uncertainties faced by today’s youth has grown into a structured, purpose-driven mentoring initiative. Through Aspire Mentoring Foundation, we aim to bridge the gap between formal education and the real-world skills needed for success in modern careers.
